Our 2026 Sustainability Yearbook celebrates relationships and the ways we’re reaching out to shape the world we live and operate in. From the development of young talent to the progression of ideas and launch of new products. We’re continuing to focus on our operations and CO2 emissions, and we’re making strides in our understanding of the impact we have when delivering for our customers. It’s these insights that help us design and engineer new and fruitful products, and to communicate our knowledge effectively with our customers.

Our 2025 Yearbook focuses on people – the individuals and teams who are creating change and driving us towards our sustainability goals every day, as well as some of the customers and collaborators who are setting great examples and helping us strive for net zero. There’s so much to celebrate. Stories of remarkably long and loyal service in our ranks; safety ideas that have crossed between our businesses and over borders; our work to help advance greener forms of medication in the pharmaceutical sector; and the highly specialised expertise we’re lucky to possess.
